Whether you are leaving from Mackinaw City or St. Ignace, you can expect First Class Service. Every guest. Every day. with Shepler’s Mackinac Island Ferry. Your Mackinac Island experience begins when you drive onto our dock, so we want to make the process as easy as possible.
When you arrive on our dock, you will be directed to our unloading area, where we will tag your bags for Grand Hotel. If you have purchased your tickets and parking online, you will leave your car and go directly to the boarding area.
If you did not pre-purchase parking and tickets, we will direct you to the ticket office where you can make those arrangements. We have three types of parking, explained below:
Mackinaw City – FREE daily and overnight parking in our open, unfenced lot! (All of our Mackinaw City overnight parking is about 3 to 4 blocks from the dock. We do suggest our $6.00 valet for your convenience.)
$6.00 per night for fenced, outside lot
$15.00 per night for indoor lot
$6.00 valet for overnight guests
St. Ignace – Guaranteed FREE on-site parking in our open, unfenced lot for daily and overnight guests!
$6.00 per night for fenced, outside lot
$15.00 per night for indoor lot
$2.00 valet for overnight guests
